This Privacy Policy explains how Enzonic LLC, a Kentucky limited liability company ("Enzonic," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Enzonic Cloud API platform at cloud.api.panel.enzonic.com.

1. Information We Collect

Account information. Email address and profile data provided during registration through our authentication provider.

API usage data. API requests made, servers provisioned, resource consumption (RAM, CPU, storage), and billing transactions.

Payment information. Processed by Stripe, our third-party payment provider. We do not store full card numbers.

Technical data. IP addresses, request headers, and access logs collected automatically when you use the API or dashboard.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide and operate the API Platform.
To bill for resource usage and manage account credits.
To send transactional notifications (billing, service alerts, security notices).
To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and policy violations.
To comply with legal obligations.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share with:

Service providers. Infrastructure, authentication, and payment vendors who process data on our behalf under confidentiality agreements.
Legal requirements. When required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.

4. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. After closure, data is kept for up to 90 days for legal and operational purposes, then deleted or anonymized. API access logs may be retained longer for security and audit purposes.

The dashboard uses session cookies for authentication. We do not use third-party advertising trackers. API requests do not use cookies.

6. Security

All data in transit is encrypted via TLS. API keys are stored hashed. We follow industry-standard practices to protect your data, but cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children's Privacy

The API Platform is not directed to children under 13. If we learn we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it. Contact us at admin@enzonic.com.

8. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing admin@enzonic.com. We respond within a reasonable timeframe.

9. Third-Party Services

We use Stripe for payment processing and Clerk for authentication. Each has its own privacy policy. We are not responsible for their data practices.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
